Duration of the Federation
11.1 The duration of the Federation is not limited.
11.2 The Federation shall not be dissolved except on the acceptance of a proposal to this effect by two-thirds of the delegates present at a General Assembly. Any motion to dissolve the Federation shall be included in the Agenda of a General Assembly.
11.3 If the Federation is dissolved by the General Assembly, the balance of assets over liabilities will be utilized so far as possible in conformity with the aims of the Federation, specified in Statute 1.2 (Statute 9.5).
