Domicile and Representation of the Federation
10.1 Legal domicile of the Federation is in the Municipality of Amsterdam in The Netherlands.
10.2 The Auditor of the Federation shall be a person or corporation authorized to act as a public accountant, appointed to act by the Treasurer after approval by the Executive Committee.
10.3 All contracts and agreements involving the Federation shall be signed by two of the Officers of the Federation.
10.4 The President shall be the official representative of the Federation on all civil and legal occasions and in all dealings with other organizations. He may in this respect delegate his powers to the President Elect, the General Secretary or, with the approval of the Executive Committee, to any other person.
10.5 The Executive Committee may, on behalf of the Federation, own, buy, and sell real estate, hold mortgages, lend money, and act as guarantor.
