ARTICLE 15: MISCELLANEOUS

(i) Amendments to articles of the constitution shall be made at the Council meetings. Proposals for such amendments can be made to the Secretary General by member societies. After receipt of the proposals, the Secretary General shall inform all member societies of the same at least one month before the Council meeting. Amendments can only be effected if supported by at least two-thirds of the Council members present.

(ii) The administrative headquarters of the Federation shall be located at a place within the African continent to be determined by the Council.

(iii) The Federation shall be free to have affiliations with other organizations whose objectives are similar to its own. Any such affiliations shall be approved by the Council.
