ARTICLE 14: DISSOLUTION OF FASBMB
The Federation may be dissolved at any Council Meeting, provided that:
(i) Notice of the motion has been communicated to the Secretary General at least one year prior to the meeting.
(ii) The motion is approved by at least three fourths of the members of the Council present. At least two-thirds of member societies should be represented.
In the event of such dissolution, any and all assets or liabilities of the Federation shall be handled by a liquidator appointed by the Council. The member societies of the Federation shall be jointly and severally responsible for any liabilities.
