General Assembly (Statute 5)

3. The Agenda for an Ordinary General Assembly shall be sent by the General Secretary to all delegates and associate delegates in writing at least six months before the date of the General Assembly. Copies of any supplementary Agenda shall be provided by the General Secretary for each delegate and associate delegate before or at the beginning of the Ordinary General Assembly. No other item shall be considered by the General Assembly and put to the vote except under the provisions of Statute 5.9.

4. The Agenda for an Extraordinary General Assembly shall be sent by the General Secretary to all delegates and associate delegates in writing at least three months before the date of the General Assembly. Copies of any supplementary Agenda shall be provided by the General Secretary for each delegate and associate delegate before or at the beginning of the Extraordinary General Assembly. No other items shall be considered by the Extraordinary General Assembly and put to the vote except under the provision of Statute 5.12.

Executive Committee (Statute 7)

5. The General Secretary shall despatch to each member of the Executive Committee a notice of a meeting of the Executive Committee at least three months before the proposed date. The Agenda shall be sent by the General Secretary to each member of the Executive Committee in writing at least one month before the date of the meeting. Copies of any supplementary Agenda shall be provided by the General Secretary for each Executive Committee member before or at the beginning of a meeting of the Executive Committee.
